The Dar Al-Farooq Islamic Center in Bloomington, Minn., told the St. Paul Pioneer Press that Ahmed AbdiKarin Eyow had just checked into his hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia, and was resting when a bomb exploded, killing him and scores of other people. The Bloomington father was there to apply for a job with the United Nations.
