Anderson, Lipp, Rensch promoted at Alerus Financial
Alerus Financial has announced the promotion of three employees -- Blaine Anderson to relationship manager at the West Fargo branch on 13th Avenue South; Ashley Lipp to customer service supervisor at its Eagle Run location in West Fargo; and Tim Rensch to lead customer service supervisor of Alerus' Fargo and West Fargo branches.
Previously a relationship banker working closely with small businesses, Anderson will now specialize in working with Ag customers and commercial businesses. He is responsible for developing and cultivating relationships in addition to managing significant customer portfolios. and is the primary contact for new or existing customers, and provides comprehensive financial management solutions for customers with lending, deposit, and investment needs.
Anderson joined Alerus in 2007 and has almost 10 years of experience in the financial industry. His past positions include financial advisor, auto sales and finance, and small business banker. Anderson received degrees in finance and business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He volunteers as an account executive for the United Way, and is actively involved with the FMWF Chamber, Leads for Leaders, and Professionals in Networking (P.I.N.). Anderson and his wife, Whitney, reside in West Fargo.
Lipp joined Alerus in 2008 and has previous management experience including co-manager at Express, and assistant manager at The Buckle. She attended North Dakota State University where she received a retail management degree with a minor in business administration. Lipp resides in West Fargo with her daughter, McKenna.
Rensch joined Alerus in 2008 as a customer service representative. He previously was the general manager at the Hampton Inn, Fargo. Rensch received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from North Dakota State University and currently resides in Fargo with his wife, Kimberly.
