Prochniak admitted to NDSU 'With Distinction'
Matthew Prochniak, son of Jim and Sue Prochniak, West Fargo, has been admitted to North Dakota State University "With Distinction." He will enter NDSU in the fall 2012 and plans to major in civil engineering. Distinction means that NDSU is acknowledging Prochniak as an honor student.
In high school, Prochniak is active in track, student council, National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America and Students Today Leaders Forever. He also is soccer captain.
Hogan awarded scholarship
Katelyn Hogan of West Fargo is the recipient of a Renewable Grant from Concordia College, Moorhead. A May 2012 graduate of West Fargo High School, Hogan is the daughter of Monica Hogan, Fargo, and Mark Norquist, Fargo, and the granddaughter of Joe Huber and Kathy Knutson-Huber, West Fargo.
High school activities in which Hogan has participated include: Key Club secretary, vice president and Student Congress.
Local students graduate from VCSU
Valley City State University has recognized the graduates in the Class of 2012 which includes several local individuals.
