APPLE CRISP CRESCENT BARS

4 cups apple - about 4 medium

2/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. cinnamon

8 ounce Crescent rolls

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup flour

1/4 cup butter

2 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place rectangles in ungreased 10"x15" jelly roll pan. Gently press dough to cover bottom of pan. Seal perforations. Spoon apple mixture over dough. Dot with butter. In medium bowl combine topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
