The Band Perry to perform at RRV Fair

Red River Valley Fair officials have announced their first grandstand artist for 2012 will be recent County Music Association winner, The Band Perry, scheduled to perform on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo.

The group received three CMA honors on Nov. 9 - Best New Artist of the Year; Single of the Year 'If I Die Young' and Song of the Year 'If I Die Young.'

General Manager Bryan Schulz said organizers are "very excited to be able to bring The Band Perry to the 2012 Fair.  This is a phenomenal group with a great amount of talent."

Tickets for the grandstand shows are free with paid gate admission.  Mega Passes are available online for $40 and include gate admission, grandstand shows and unlimited carnival rides.

The 2012 Red River Valley Fair will be held July 10-15, 2012.
