The event will be held April 14, at Davies High School from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.Amy is living with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
“This benefit is an opportunity for us to give back to Amy and John for some of their many years of service educating students in our community,” stated Event Coordinator Sherry Warner-Seefeld.
The entire Fargo/Moorhead area community is invited to attendt. In addition to the Potato Bar and Silent Auction, the Davies High School student council plans to hold a badminton tournament. Local high school music groups and Hit Master Mobile Music will provide entertainment throughout the event.

Many hospitalizations and the equipment required for Amy to live comfortably have become a financial burden to the family. Construction of an addition onto their home was also necessary to make it wheelchair-accessible.
DMF Lend A Hand is providing up to $5000 in matching funds. Cash/check gifts payable to the Amy Johanson Benefit are also being accepted at: Bell State Bank & Trust, 3100 13th Ave. S, PO Box 10877 Fargo, ND 58103.
