Bethany on 42nd earns quality award
Bethany on 42nd has earned Tier Two recognition in the Quality Initiative Recognition Program (QIRP), sponsored by the American Health Care Association (AHCA.) Bethany was recognized for achieving Quality Initiative goals in safely reducing the off-label use of antipsychotics and in increasing customer satisfaction.
Bethany Retirement Living has been invited to participate in the AHCA Quality Symposium in New Orleans in February 2014. The Symposium will include educational sessions geared toward quality improvement, professional networking and peer-to-peer sharing and learning.
Hauge, RN, Director of Quality and Education at Bethany remarked, “We work hard to maintain a high level of quality in the care and services we offer our residents. Having tools like those offered by the AHCA’s Quality Initiative helps us benchmark how well we are doing at Bethany and how well we are doing compared to other facilities. We are honored to have achieved the Tier Two level.”
Bethany Retirement Living was founded in Fargo in 1939 and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
