Background: I've lived in West Fargo for 27 years. Two daughters went through the West Fargo School system. I was educated through the Military Technical Training Programs as a meteorologist. My first venture into city government was as a member and president of the West Fargo Library Board for over 10 years. I served as president of the Lutheran Church of the Cross. I ran for and was elected to the West Fargo City Commission in 2002 and re-elected, unopposed in 2006. I currently serve on the West Fargo Forestry Board, the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Economic Development Corporation, the Cass County Planning and Zoning Board and as the Deputy Mayor. I have held all of the city portfolios over my two terms of office.
