This time, it was an 8-2 loss to the Fargo Davies Eagles.

The Packers were in it after the second intermission, going back and forth with Davies, and were only down by one goal at the beginning of the third period.

However, a five-goal third period for the Eagles ensured another loss for the Packers.

The Packers got a goal from senior forward Derrick LaCoe early in the second period and a power-play goal from senior defenseman Wyatt Fretheim near the end of the second.

Packers' starting goalie Bailey Vareberg had 40 saves in the game.

The Packers are now 3-5-0 on the season. They are heading to Fergus Falls, Minn., tomorrow for a three-day tournament.
