BOYS SWIMMING TAKES THIRD PLACE AT STATE

The Packers' streak of Eastern Dakota Conference titles was broken thanks to Fargo North two weeks ago.

During last weekend's North Dakota State Class A boys swimming and diving tournament in Grand Forks, the Spartans once again got the edge.

Forth took second place with 241 points, beating out the Packers by a mere 7.5.

Minot kept its stranglehold on the team crown, winning its 12th title in 13 years after amassing an impressive 424 points.
