Candidate Forum good informational tool

Last week's Candidate Forum held to introduce the seven people vying for seats on the West Fargo School Board was very organized. Questions were pertinent and the responses gave West Fargo residents a clear view of each candidate's perspective on issues facing the District.

Listening to the dialogue going on between the panel and candidates, it occurred to me that setting up similar meetings to facilitate better communication throughout the District could be an effective way to build morale.

If you were unable to attend the Forum, we encourage you to watch it on Channel 12 on Cable One. It will be rebroadcast intermittently throughout the month of May, beginning at 1 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
