Carson and Molland selected for North Dakota Leadership Seminar
Ally Carson and Trayton Molland have been selected to represent West Fargo High School at the North Dakota Leadership Seminar May 30-June 1 at the University of Mary in Bismarck.
Carson, the daughter of Rich and Judy Carson, and Molland, the son of Carolyn Molland, were chosen because of their demonstrated service and leadership abilities in school as well as continued involvement in their community.
The North Dakota Leadership Seminar brings together youth from across the state for a weekend focused on leadership and service development, as well as giving the student leaders the motivation to stand out and make a difference once they leave the seminar. Each student who attends the program is encouraged to go back into their community and provide 100 hours of service throughout the year.
The North Dakota Leadership Seminar is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring leadership skills and a spirit of volunteerism in the state’s young people. Every high school in the state is eligible to select a student to attend the seminar free of charge. Organized by volunteers, the seminar is financially supported by donations from businesses, service organizations, individuals, and foundations from across the state.
