1 pound chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 large jar salsa
2 large cans (3 regular) chopped tomatoes
2 large cans Great Northern beans, rinsed
1 cup water
Cut chicken into small bite-size pieces; brown in pan with onion and celery. Place browned chicken, onion and celery in a slow cooker with all the other ingredients. Simmer on low all day. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream.
