CHICKEN WITH PAPRIKA CREAM

6 boneless chicken breasts

6 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. Watkins Grapeseed Oil

6 green onions, chopped, or 2 tbsps. Watkins Minced Green Onion

1 - 2 tbsp. Watkins Paprika

2 cups heavy cream

1 tsp. Watkins Sea Salt

1/4 tsp. Watkins Pepper

Hot, cooked rice

In large skillet; brown chicken in 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil over medium heat until juice runs clear. Remove chicken and keep warm. In same skillet, sauté onions until tender or add minced green onion. Add the remaining butter and paprika. Heat to melt butter. Stir in salt, pepper, and cream. Cook and stir until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes. Serve chicken over rice.
