West Fargo police lieutenant cleared of any wrongdoing, can return to work


1 1/4 cups long grain rice

1 cut-up chicken, or choice parts

Salt & Pepper, to taste

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Curry powder

Raisins (optional)

Spread rice in greased 9"x13" pan or large casserole; add raisins, onion and green pepper. Sprinkle with curry powder. Place the chicken on top of the rice layer. Mix the two soups together and spread over the chicken. Sprinkle top of soup mixture with curry powder and add one can of water around the edges of the pan to moisten the rice. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You may uncover the last 1/2 hour to brown.
