Day 10: Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Chocolate Eclair Dessert
½ cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
3 cups milk
8oz. cream cheese
1 box instant vanilla pudding, large
8 oz. Cool Whip
Bring water and butter to a boil and add flour, stir until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time. Spread in a 9x13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix instant pudding, milk, and cream cheese. Pour over crust, cover with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
