ALMOND CHEESECAKE

Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 tbsps. sugar

2 tbsps. flour

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1/4 cup finely ground almonds

Filling:

5 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tbsp. almond extract

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:

2 cups sour cream

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. almond extract
