Dogs for Darin fundraiser set

A special fundraiser titled "Dogs for Darin" will take place Monday and Tuesday, August 10 and 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the SunMart in West Fargo.

Organizers will be selling hot dogs, brats, chips, and soda with all the proceeds benefitting Darin Nagel, who is currently paralyzed from the chest down, following emergency surgery earlier this year, due to a herniated disk in his neck. Due to his long stay in the hospital and not being able to work, medical expenses and bills have accumulated.

Darin graduated from West Fargo High School in 1991 where he was on the wrestling team; and was also a member of the National Guard.

Everyone is encouraged to stop by for an inexpensive lunch to help support Darin.
