Fargo Sgt. Mark Lykken said an officer made contact with a vehicle in the 2700 block of Seventh Avenue South at 12:44 a.m. and had a conversation with the driver, which led to a DUI investigation.

The driver allegedly provided a false name and was arrested. A subsequent search revealed the Taser, which is against the law to carry concealed, Lykken said.

Philip Kenneth Adam, 24, was arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon, DUI, driving under suspension and giving false information to a police officer. He was taken to the Cass County Jail.
