Edgar, Hushagen hired, Foertsch promoted at Western State Bank
Kelly Edgar and Keri Hushagen recently joined Western State Bank, West Fargo, and Sheila Foertsch was promoted at the West Fargo location.
Edgar was hired as a Loan Administrative Assistant. She has 10 years of banking experience. Her duties will include processing various types of loans and maintaining loan files.
Originally from Warren, Minn., she earned her Paralegal Degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Edgar currently resides in Moorhead, with her husband.
Hushagen came on board as a Mortgage Loan Processor in the Real Estate department. She has over nine years' experience in processing loans. Her duties will include processing in-house and secondary market home loans for Western State Bank.
Originally from Rugby, N.D., Hushagen earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. She currently resides in Fargo, with her two children.
Foertsch was promoted to Cash Management Officer and will serve as the primary contact for the cash management services the bank offers in West Fargo/Fargo and provide product support to Western's other bank locations. She has been with Western since 2008 and previously served as Business Banking Assistant Supervisor.
Originally from Mantador, N.D., Foertsch earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Economics from Northern State University, Aberdeen, S.D. She currently resides in Christine, N.D., and is an active volunteer with the FM Humane Society.
