Derek Robert Rice and Kayla Kathryn Beissel of Fargo, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents are Bob and Barb Rice of West Fargo, and Susan Libera and Dave Beissel of Cannon Falls, Minn. and Prior Lake, Minn.
Derek graduated from West Fargo High School in 2006 and will be graduating from North Dakota State University in December 2010 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Kayla graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2006. She currently attends Minnesota State University Moorhead where she is studying nursing.
The wedding will be Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo.
