Erin Krogh, a senior at West Fargo High School, has been named West Fargo Exchange Club Student of the Month for December.
She has maintained a 4.17 grade point average and is the daughter of Tony and Darlene Krogh.
Krogh has been active in a number of areas as a student at in West Fargo schools. She has served in Student Council and National Honor Society for two years; earned an academic letter in grades 9 through 11; ranked first in her division for the National French Exam; and was recently honored as Student of the Month for December from the Renaissance Club.
She was also chosen as captain for both Varsity Girls Baskeball and the Varsity Girls Soccer Team; received the 6th woman award for basketball her sophomore year; lettered in track and field in 8th Grade, has lettered in soccer for three consecutive years and basketball for two; and was a part of the 2010 State Championship Soccer Team.
Erin has also served in a variety of community activities through National Honor Society , Student Council, the basketball program, and time on her own including: Ian's Run, Fill the Dome, Autumn Pumpkin Party, D.A.R.E. Role Models, West Fargo Girls Basketball League, Packer Pals, Salvation Army's Ring a Bell for Hope, as well as volunteering for the Great Plains Food Bank. She also attends and participates in local church activities.
Erin's future plans include attending a four-year college/university with emphasis on science and math. She has applied to NDSU, UND and is looking at Ohio State University and the University of Minnesota.
