The Red River Valley Fair announces the photography contest, the all-time favorite bale maze, and the Rollover Demonstration presented by Cass County Sheriff's Department.
"There are more free exhibits and contests for people to enter in this year than in years past, which is very exciting," said Bryan Schulz, Manager of the Red River Valley Fair.
Entry deadline for the photography contest is today (Wednesday, July 6) from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Entries can be dropped off at Harvest Hall. "Snowmen" is the theme for photography.
The Bale Maze has increased its size from 40 hay bales to over 200 hay bales. The exhibit will be located on the east end of the Fairgrounds by the Main Gate and is free from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily with paid gate admission. The Bale Maze is sponsored by Steffes Auctioneers and Red River Hay and Transport.
The Rollover Demonstration will be returning the Red River Valley Fairgrounds Friday, July 15, from 2 to 6 p.m. Its purpose is to inform children and adults that it is important to wear a seatbelt every time you jump in the car. Anyone with questions, can call the Cass County Sheriff's Department at 701-241-5800.
