Nine Cass County 4-H clubs were recently recognized by the Fargo Rotary Club as being the top clubs in the county for 2012, for the outstanding leadership they provide for youth to have a meaningful club experience. All clubs of excellence were honored at a Rotary Luncheon on Jan. 9

The Fargo Rotary has been promoting the recognition for the past 56 years.

4-H clubs and representatives attending who received the 2012 Fargo Rotary Club Award of Merit were: Golden Clovers (Casselton area), Sari and Madison Kraft; Golden Kids (Fargo), Josie Mohror, Susan Ray-Degges; Harwood Helpers (Harwood area), Mary Sahl; Horace Stars (Horace area), Kim Belgarde; Kindred 4-H Friends (Kindred area), Wendi Stachler; Rainbow Kids (Fargo), Deneen and Astrid Axtman; The Uniters (Fargo), Will and Maddie Robinson; Valley Adventures (West Fargo), Tracey Johnson; and Wheatland Pioneers (Wheatland area), Julie and Brooke Levos.
