Flaskerud named quality support nurse

Leah Flaskerud has been named the Quality Support Nurse. This is a new role at Bethany that has merged Nursing Administrative Assistant tasks and various nursing duties related to Quality and Education.

Flaskerud started with Bethany in 2009 as a CNA on Cedar Square while attending North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, for her LPN. After graduating, she was named Clinical Support Nurse on Elmwood Square and eventually transferred to the Resource Team as a full time nurse.

Bethany Retirement Living was founded in Fargo in 1939 and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Bethany operates two campuses in Fargo and provides high-quality care to the elderly in skilled nursing, memory care, rehabilitation, transitional care, assisted living, basic care, senior apartments, adult day services and personal care programs.
