FLOOD UPDATE: Fargo police ask public to limit traffic on Seventh Avenue North

FARGO - The Fargo Police Department is asking the public to limit vehicle traffic on Seventh Avenue North from University Drive east to the Red River.

Beginning at daybreak this morning, the Seventh Avenue North corridor started being used extensively by trucks transporting clay to levee construction sites in north Fargo.

The public is asked to take alternative travel routes so as to limit traffic in this area and allow for the safe and efficient transport of material to the levee sites.
