Because February is designated as Heart Month by the American Heart Association, women are encouraged to attend this brunch and wear their favorite red outfit.  Primary speaker will be Rachel Rudel, LRD, diabetic instructor and author of the book "Cooking Healthy & Fast." Attend and learn cooking tips to preserve healthy hearts, various aspects of heart disease, and view demos of AED & CPR.

Call the church at 282-3309 to register (to help planners with food preparation).  Anyone with questions can call Marlene Batterberry Faith Lutheran.
