The West Fargo Packers' and Sheyenne Mustangs' 9th grade volleyball teams were sharing a bus and acting as cheerleaders for each other just over 10 days ago in a weekend tournament.

Eight days ago, the Packers beat the Mustangs 2-0 at the Sheyenne 9th Grade Center in the first ever sporting event between the two West Fargo schools.

The Packers took the first game by a score of 25-11 before winning the second by a score of 25-18.

"The girls got to play at their school against some of their friends," Mustang Coach Jenna Green said. "It was fun to be able to play West Fargo for our first game."
