2 cups Minute Rice

2 tbsps. dried minced onion

2 cans consommé broth

1 can water

Brown Minute Rice and onion in oil in a frying pan. Add the consommé and water. If too thick add more water. Cover and simmer. Add salt and pepper and a dash of soy sauce when serving.
