Girls Hockey wins two more

After losing their first game of the season last week, the Packer girls hockey team came roaring back with two big wins. They beat the Williston Coyotes 10-0 on Friday, then topped the Minot Magicians 8-0 on Saturday.
On Friday, the team got two goals from Rachel Monkman, Chelsea Wangen and Tori Holland. Hayley Walsh chipped in a goal in the third period and had three assists as well.
Saturday’s game was highlighted by Kelly Krahn, who scored four goals.
Walsh added a goal and two assists of her own to bring her season points total to 74.
The 18-1-0 girls will host Jamestown at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, then head to Dickinson on Saturday for a 2 p.m. game.
