On Grounds Activity a Must-See

You will want to be sure and take in all the on grounds entertainment, described as a "must-see" at this year's Red River Valley Vair.

Scheduled entertainment acts include the Dueling Pirates Show, Reptile Adventures and Zerebko's Petting Zoo, brought to the Fair by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railways, all nine days of the fair and best of all, free with paid gate admission.

Be prepared to be amazed by the death-defying Dueling Pirates, who will be performing on the springboard, doing tower diving, comedy, clown diving and a high dive of no less than 70 feet. Show time is daily at 1, 3, 5, and 7 p.m., with additional shows on Saturday and Sunday at noon.

Interested in reptiles? Watch Reptile Adventures give demonstrations with the animals plus enjoy the virtual reptile zoo. Show will be presented daily at 1:45, 3:45 and 5:45 p.m., by owner Danny Conner and Riley Campbell.

Take a break from the heat and explore Zerebko's Petting Zoo open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and free with paid gate admission.

Located north of the Small Animals Building, the Petting Zoo will leave your kids in awe. They will have the opportunity to not only pet animals like zebras, goats, llamas, and camels, but feed them also. Wash stations will be available for the public.
