Gun collection exhibit opens at Bonanzaville
In honor of Independence Day, as a part of the 4th of July Celebration at Bonanzaville, the museum will open an exhibit of firearms, entitled "Up in Arms: The Role of Guns in America." The display will showcase the extensive college preserved at the Cass County Historical Society. The collection is of a wide variety that ranges from a Civil War cannon to a Pepperbox Derringer, and even to a shotgun that was used in local murders in the 1930's. The exhibit will open on July 4h and remain open through mid-November.
