The sixth annual Harwood Autumn Showcase will take place this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Harwood Community Center, 110 Freedland Drive.
Billed as the perfect place to complete your holiday shopping early, the event, sponsored by the Community Center, will feature a variety of vendor attractions sure to offer up unique, affordable gift ideas for just about everyone including all those hard-to-shop-for relatives or friends.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to socialize and all for an excellent cause - to support both local home based businesses, as well as provide assistance for the community center's operating costs.
The vendor selection will be diverse and all encompassing, featuring everything from jewelry, to candles, to home storage, to one-of-a-kind specialty items, you name it. Among the vendors participating will be: Norwex, Busy Bee, Tastefully Simple, Celebrating Home, Tupperware, Coasters by Sandy, Miche Bags, Uppercase Living, Park Lane, Scentsy, Nowell's Creations, Mary Kay, Just Jewelry, Sarah's Things, Captivation's, Longeberger Baskets, Thirty One, Pampered Chef, Dabblin n Design, JS Custom Designs, Cookie Lee, and Uniquely Yours.
As in the past, there will also be the opportunity to enjoy some delicious homemade food specialties, including soups and breads donated by Breadsmith, as well as a variety of wonderful desserts.
Admission to the show is free.
For those of you who might be interested in participating in the show, there are still a few openings for home-based businesses. Anyone wishing to be a part of the event, should contact one of the show organizers Carla Wolsky at firstname.lastname@example.org.
