High School conferences set for Feb. 25

West Fargo High School parent-teacher conferences have been scheduled for Monday, Feb. 25, from 4:15 to 8 p.m.
Individual conferences are not scheduled at specific times for parents of high school students. Instead those participating are asked to attend at their convenience during the time block. Begin by picking up your student’s progress report in the hallway next to the administrative office and then visit the teachers in the gymnasium.
In addition to individual conferences, there will be other offerings including: Successful & Effective Teens: a session presented by the counseling staff in room 112C at 5 p.m. that will talk about the successful habits your teen already has and other ways teenagers are standing out from the crowd; and the Advanced District Survey will be available for parents in one of the computer labs. This survey will be used to set the baseline data needed for identifying strengths, areas of improvement, and stakeholder attitudes in the high school and the district as a whole. This survey will also be online until March 22 on the “Parents” section of the school website with input valued.
Parent-teacher conferences encourage positive communication between home and school. Therefore, parents are asked to take time from their busy schedules to attend the conferences.
