Homecoming royalty
Ellie Grooters and Robert Jacobs were crowned West Fargo High School 2009 Homecoming King and Queen during special coronation ceremonies held Monday night at the West Fargo High School Theatre. Parents are Greg and Robin Grooters and Rick and Cindy Jacobs. Other members of the royal court are: Madison Anderson, daughter of Rick and Lori Anderson; Allison Heinen, daughter of Pat and Julie Heinen; Sheena Houkom, daughter of Deb Schmidt and Dave Houkom; Alyssa Lind, daughter of Chris and Karla Lind; Kayla Miller, daughter of Rocky and Dixie Miller; Levi Bachmeier, son of Jeff and Eileen Bachmeier; Dan Hoy, son of Bob and Sandy Hoy; Scott Schiller, son of Brad and Kari Schiller; Austin Keller, son of Rick and Sara Keller; and Peyton Vane, son of Missy McLane and Dave Vane. Homecoming activities continue through the weekend with Boys Soccer hosting the West Fargo Soccer Invitational on Friday, beginning with 3:30 p.m. matches running through Saturday; and Football versus Minot High on Friday night at 7 p.m.
