HONEY GLAZED CARROTS
1 small bag of carrots or approximately 6 to 8 carrots, cook until tender, take off skin and slice into 1/2-inch slices
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Mix and blend the above ingredients into a sauce, pour over the cooked, sliced carrots and place in a covered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 4 servings. Enjoy!!
