Horace among best towns for young families
NerdWallet, a consumer advocacy website, conducted a study on the best towns in North Dakota for young families, and Horace is in the top ten.
To find the best places for future parents and young families to settle down, NerdWallet analyzed data from 34 towns in the Peace Garden State according to five criteria: Public school ratings, median home value, cost of homeownership, median income and economic growth.
The study ranked Horace first after assessing the town’s cost of living, education system, and economic growth. The town’s school district received an excellent nine-out-of-ten rating from the education nonprofit, GreatSchools.
“Situated in the Fargo metro area, Horace is one of the fastest-growing communities in the state.
