Huotari named president of Coldwell Banker First Realty
Coldwell Banker First Realty, Fargo, recently named Bryce Huotari to the role of President. Huotari joined Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty in 2001 as a sales professional and became manager of the commercial division in 2012.
A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Huotari holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Public Administration, double-majoring in Marketing and Management. Huotari is a licensed real estate agent in North Dakota and Minnesota and attained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2006.
Coldwell Banker First Realty is the largest full-service real estate company in the Upper Midwest. As President, Huotari will oversee all divisions of the company including residential, commercial, property management, mortgage, and title.
Huotari and his wife, Jenni, reside in Moorhead with their three children. He is an active member of the community as a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Association of Realtors, Commercial Exchange Group (COMEX), and coaching on some of his kids' teams.
