IdeaOne Telecom hires Miller

IdeaOne Telecom has hired Mike Miller as Chief Operating Officer. Miller will be responsible for overseeing all technical operations. He has extensive network experience, most recently with Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer. Prior to Cisco he served as Network Manager at North Dakota Telephone Company, Devils Lake, N.D., and as a Telecom analyst at the University of North Dakota.
