Jim Lund team presents donation to New Life Center
The Jim Lund Real Estate Team recently awarded a $10,000 donation which included the New Life Center in Fargo, receiving a $2,500 donation. The remaining $7,500 was divided between four deserving realtors in the Fargo-Moorhead Area from a random drawing.
The realtors who were drawn to receive $2,500 were Brenda Richert, Park Company Realty; Sarah Burchill, Keller Williams; and Mark and DeAnne Mason, Prudential Premier Real Estate, all of Fargo. Western State Bank participates in the event, as well by providing secondary prizes to the realtors not in the final drawing.
The New Life Center serves homeless and needy people through providing shelter, free clinics, job searches, free meals, and spiritual and advocacy programs.
The Center has evolved to a Christian multi-faceted emergency and crisis service center providing assistance to thousands of people each year.
"Our program provides a win-win for everyone involved," stated Jim Lund. "The realtors and their families receive an extra bonus for their hard work helping people find their perfect home. The monetary donation to the New Life Center lets us help support everyone in need of shelter, food, or to take advantage of the numerous programs they provide."
