League of Women Voters to meet on Friday, Oct. 5

The League of Women Voters of the Red River Valley will hold a public information meeting, Friday Oct. 5, from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Sons of Norway Lodge, 722 2nd Ave. N. in downtown Fargo. A discussion of the proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution requiring voters to present valid government-issued photo identification will be led by Claire Wilson, Voter Outreach Director from the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. The discussion will include questions from the audience.
