A benefit golf tournament is coming up to help out a lifelong West Fargo resident who is battling cancer.
The Brad Lindblad Golf Benefit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, at the Leonard Country Club, 5274 153rd Avenue SE in Leonard, N.D. The deadline to register is Sunday, and the cost is $45 per person. The first 47 people registered get a free bus ride leaving from the West Fargo VFW at 12:30 p.m.
Registration on the day of the tournament begins at 1:30 p.m., with the scramble starting an hour later. It includes nine holes of golf, a golf cart and steak dinner, plus prizes for the top three teams, course prizes, free door prizes and raffles.
All proceeds go toward the Brad Lindblad Benefit Fund.
