Dr. Tiffany Johnson and the Healing Touch Chiropractic team, West Fargo, announce the addition of Michelle Mahar to the practice. She will join the office as Chiropractic Assistant.
Mahar was previously employed by Altru's Hospice for 12 years before moving to Fargo. She holds a medical assistant degree from Northland Community & Technical College and is currently pursuing her B.S. from University of Mary. She will assist Johnson in the health care management of Healing Touch Chiropractic's practice members. While she will wear many hats, her responsibilities will focus mainly on patient management and billing.
"We are very excited to have Michelle join our team. She is such a caring individual which is really important in our line of work. Her work experience and her zest for lifelong learning will also be a valuable asset to the office since we consider ourselves teachers of health and wellness principles," Johnson said.
Mahar is looking forward to her new role as well. "I'm excited to continue working in an environment that promotes a holistic approach. It feels good to be a part of a profession that has such a profound impact on the community," Mahar said.
Johnson has been in private family practice in West Fargo for 5 years, utilizing the latest in state of the art diagnostic equipment and natural care methods to help families recover from pain and ill health and empower individuals of all ages to live a healthier lifestyle.
