McDougall earns Miss West Fargo title

The fourth annual Miss West Fargo and Miss Red River Valley pageant was held at Beckwith Hall at NDSU on Oct. 13. Becca Lebak was crowned Miss Red River Valley and Meagan McDougall was crowned Miss West Fargo.

Becca is a Bismarck native and is a junior at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Meagan is a West Fargo native and is a senior at Concordia College.

Each titleholder will receive a $500 scholarship and entrance paid to compete for Miss North Dakota in June in Williston. Miss North Dakota will go on to compete for Miss America, the largest provider of scholarships for young women.
