McFall Community High student of month

Anthony McFall was named Community High School Student of the Month for April. Anthony plans to graduate in September, 2008, and he will either start college to study criminal justice or enlist into the U.S. Navy to specialize as a Master of Arms. His ultimate career goal is to become a U.S. Marshal for the witness protection program. He became interested in this area while doing a career search project in his law and justice course this year.

In his spare time, Anthony enjoys working out at the Y and participating in sports, especially football. He feels school is fun when you are with the right people, and he said that Community High "is way better, because everyone talks to everyone else, and people aren't excluded."

Each Community High School Student of the Month is selected by the faculty on the basis of academic progress, responsibility, study skills, citizenship, and personal growth.
