Michael John Allen Dean Fetzer, 7, Fargo, died on Friday, June 3, 2011 in the Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, Minn., as a result of injuries from a car-pedestrian accident.

Michael Fetzer was born on Aug. 6, 2003 in Minot, N.D. He grew up in Fargo and attended school at South Elementary School in West Fargo.

Mikey lives on in our hearts and in the lives that will be touched through his donations to the world.

Mikey is preceded in death by his uncle, Michael John Fetzer, grandmas, Claudia Baker and Betty Audus, grandpa and grandma, Reuben and Ruth Fetzer, and special grandma, Renee Lehman.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Bobbi, Fargo; brother, Dayton, Fargo; sisters, Courtney and Anniston, both of Fargo; aunts, Lori (Justin) Moore, Upton, Wyo., Patricia (Chad) Eachen, Watertown, S.D., Charity Fetzer, Paducah, Ky., Marci (Andy) Cogswell, Wahiawa, HI; uncles, Greg (Julie) Audus, Watertown, S.D., Casey (Jennifer) Fetzer, Sioux Falls, S.D., Thomas Fetzer, Paducah, Ky., Travis Fetzer, Fargo; special aunt, Lynette (James) Martin, Minot; great-grandma, Viola Engels, Watertown, S.D., great-grandpa and Great-grandma, Marvin and June Boots, Washburn, N.D.; several great aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

A Memorial Fund has been established at all Wells Fargo Banks in the name of Michael Fetzer Benefit Account.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 9, from 10 a.m. to Noon in West Funeral Home, West Fargo.

A Celebration of Life will take place Thursday, June 9, at 2 p.m. in Faith Lutheran Church, West Fargo.
