‘Spamalot’ to open Aug. 1 at WF High The West Fargo Summer Arts Intensive will present Monty Python’s “Spamalot” Aug. 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m. and at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 3 at West Fargo High School.
The Summer Arts Intensive is led by local arts educators and professionals and is made possible through collaboration with the West Fargo Public Schools. The mission of the Summer Arts Intensive is to further develop the personal and artistic talents of emerging young artists as they gain a comprehensive understanding of theater production and performance.
More than 50 artists from around the Fargo-Moorhead area will help create “Spamalot” as cast and crew.
This is the fourth year of the Summer Arts Intensive, which is sponsored by Essentia Health. The program has previously produced “Pippin,” “A Chorus Line” and “Chicago.”
“Spamalot” is a musical comedy “lovingly ripped off” from the cult classic film “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.”
Tickets for the August performances are $15 for adults, $13 for seniors and $10 for students. Tickets are available for reservation online at www.westfargo
theatre.com or by calling (701) 499-1971 from 1 to 4 p.m.
