Noonan named WFPS Teacher of the Year

At a surprise recognition ceremony this morning, one of the district's teachers was honored with a very special award.

Andrea Noonan, an 8th Grade Language Arts Teacher at Cheney Middle School, was named the 2012-13 West Fargo Teacher of the Year. Noonan has been a Language Arts Teacher in the school district for the past seven years. She began her career in 2005 at West Fargo High School and transferred to Cheney Middle School for the 2006-07 school year, where she has been since.
