These forums are the time to learn about and ask questions pertaining to the proposed construction projects planned if a $40 million bond referendum passes. The West Fargo School Board voted Feb. 8, to hold a special election March 23 for the bond referendum.

According to the initial resolution, the bond would provide funds to "construct and equip a new high school and a new elementary school, including gymnasiums, to make site improvements to school property and to construct, remodel, improve and equip co-curricular and athletic facilities."

If voted in, the proposed elementary school could open by fall 2011 and a high school next to Sheyenne Ninth Grade Center could open the following fall.
