North Dakota Game and Fish Department Director Terry Steinwand (left) presents a certificate of appreciation to Eric Rogne, West Fargo. Rogne, an avid outdoors enthusiast, was one of the driving forces behind the introduction of a habitat stamp for hunting licenses more than 30 years ago. Today, monies generated from that stamp have created and opened lands to public hunting across North Dakota.
